Puppy love

Last fall we caught a perfect fall day to capture some family photos of this couple with their sweet puppy. Around here that's no small feat - the leaves seem to change color over night and then blow away with the next big wind. Hopefully this year provides another good window. Unfortunately it's coming sooner than we might like.

Babies this age just won't sit still! Just learning to crawl, climbing up on everything, escaping at every chance. They're suddenly so adventurous.

Best costume award

This family was all ready to go with their coordinating outfits, and very cute dresses for the baby. Ever since this shoot, I've been in love with little girls and tutus.

The cutest little sweater vest

I love everything about this kid—from the bright blue eyes and cute little rolls to the sweater vest. And his parents are pretty great, too.
